Shipping FAQs

When will my order ship?

All items are shipped through USPS from Florida, USA. USPS processes orders within 5-7 business days after we ship the item out. Orders from outside the US may take up to 3-8 weeks to be delivered, make sure to check with your local post office if you think your item id being held. 

What if I put the wrong shipping information?

We make our shipping labels based on the information a customer provides. If you accidentally enter an incorrect or incomplete address, you are to inform us immediately regarding a correction to your error. If the order has not shipped out yet, we can fix this for you at no additional cost. If it has shipped, please contact the courier immediately to prevent complications, and inform us of the error. We are not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error.

 

If the shipping information you gave us is incorrect, please contact us within a 48 hour window to send the correct information as any later the package will already have been shipped out in which you will need to contact your courier to prevent any complications. When contacting us, please include:

  1. The address correction
  2. Your order number
  3. First and Last name 
  4. Your email conformation 

Do I have to pay for VATs, customs, import taxes, etc?

Yes. Depending on your country, you will have to pay for any VATs, customs or import taxed which are not associated with our shop.

Why haven't I received my order even though it is marked at delivered?

Tracking info may sometimes mark packages "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day or contact your local post office before contacting us as tracking sites may not have the most accurate information on your order.
